ACT High School CPR & AED Training Video

The High School CPR & AED program offers two options for teaching adult/teen CPR. One option is the ‘Heartsaver Level CPR’ in which the CPR technique includes giving breaths. The other option is the ‘Compression-Only CPR’ in which the CPR technique does not include giving breaths. This is the only difference between the two options—everything else is the same.
